Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources or related field and 5-7 years of experience in human resources or related field; ability to handle multiple projects in a fast-paced fluid environment; detail-oriented, organized, self-starter; strong data entry skills; analytical and problem-solving abilities; excellent organization, written and verbal communication skills; knowledge and experience with employment laws and practices; proficiency with Microsoft Office tools, knowledge of Kronos and Workday a plus
