Position: Houseparents – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, provides a comprehensive education and support system to disadvantaged students from pre-K through 12th grade. The school is fully endowed, ensuring a nurturing environment for students and staff to thrive. They are currently seeking married couples to serve as Flex Houseparents, offering stability and guidance to 8-12 students each on campus.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; This is a two-person job for legally married couples with at least two years of marriage; Both spouses should be age 27 or older; No more than three dependent children may reside in the student home; Abide by campus regulations such as a smoke-free and weapon-free environment; Valid driver’s license; High school diploma or GED required; Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs; Candidates must demonstrate a high degree of integrity; Both spouses must complete an individual employment application
