Position: Houseparents – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, located in Hershey, PA, is seeking Houseparents to provide a nurturing and structured family environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds. The school offers an exceptional career-focused education from pre-K through 12th grade, including housing, meals, and comprehensive support, thanks to the generous endowment by Milton and Catherine Hershey in 1909.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; couples must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses should be age 27 or older; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; both spouses must complete an individual employment application; must demonstrate a high degree of integrity as role models for students
