Position: Houseparents – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, located in Hershey, PA, is a renowned private school offering exceptional career-focused education and full support to students from disadvantaged backgrounds, pre-K through 12th grade. Married couples are sought to serve as flex houseparents, guiding and nurturing groups of 8-12 students in an on-campus family-like environment.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; legally married for at least two years; both spouses age 27 or older; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and to Sunday chapel services; adhere to campus regulations on alcohol, smoking, weapons, and pets; complete individual employment applications.
