Position: Houseparents – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private educational institution, is seeking compassionate Houseparents to create a nurturing family-like environment for students from underprivileged backgrounds, offering exceptional career-focused education with housing and meals fully covered.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; legally married for at least two years; both spouses aged 27 or older; maximum of three dependent children in the student home; abide by campus regulations including no smoking, weapons, or alcohol on duty; limited pet allowance; valid driver’s license; ability to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions; minimum requirement of a high school diploma or GED; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; high integrity and role-modeling behavior; completion of individual employment applications by both spouses.
