Position: Houseparents – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school established in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, provides a career-focused education with housing, meals, and comprehensive support for students in pre-K through 12th grade from disadvantaged backgrounds.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; couples job for legally married couples of at least two years, both spouses aged 27 or older; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; high degree of integrity as role models for students; valid driver’s license and certification to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and to Sunday chapel services; no more than three dependent children in the student home; adhere to campus rules including smoke-free, weapon-free, and alcohol-free policies.
