Position: Houseparents – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, is seeking married couples to work as flex houseparents, providing a family-like environment for 8-12 students from disadvantaged backgrounds in student homes on campus. The school offers exceptional career-focused education from pre-K through 12th grade, covering all costs for students and providing comprehensive support for staff.
Requirements: Experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; legally married for at least two years; both spouses age 27 or older; high school diploma or GED required; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; possess a valid driver’s license and ability to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and chapel services; demonstrate a high degree of integrity; both spouses must complete an individual employment application
