Position: Houseparents, Full-Time – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, is seeking dedicated married couples to serve as Houseparents. Houseparents provide a nurturing family-like environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds, offering guidance and support while managing household responsibilities.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; married couples legally married for at least two years and both spouses age 27 or older; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license and certification to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions; must abide by campus regulations including smoke, alcohol, and weapon-free policies; pass a background check; both spouses must complete an individual employment application
