Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; legally married for at least two years; age 27 or older for both spouses; able to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license with the ability to become certified to drive student home vans; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and taking them to Sunday chapel services; high degree of integrity; both spouses must complete an individual employment application.
