Position: Houseparents, Full-Time – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private educational institution, is seeking married couples to serve as Flex Houseparents in Hershey, PA. In this unique role, couples will provide guidance and support to a group of 8-12 students from disadvantaged backgrounds while living on campus. Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably in under-served settings; couples must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses should be 27 years or older; no more than three dependent children in the student home; valid driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans; must be able to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate a high level of integrity as staff are role models for students
