Position: Houseparents, Full-Time – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school in Hershey, PA, provides a nurturing family-like environment for students from disadvantaged backgrounds, offering a comprehensive career-focused education with housing, meals, and full support. They are currently seeking married couples to serve as flex houseparents, guiding and supporting groups of 8-12 students on campus.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; couples who have been legally married for at least two years; both spouses age 27 or older; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license; no more than three dependent children in the student home; comply with campus regulations on pets, smoking, and alcohol; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and chapel services; complete individual employment applications with high integrity and as student role models.
