Position: Houseparents, Full-Time – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, located in Hershey, PA, is a renowned private school offering a nurturing home environment for up to 12 students from disadvantaged backgrounds. Couples work together as Houseparents in a family-like structure, guiding and fostering student development throughout their education.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; couples must be legally married for at least two years and both spouses should be age 27 or older; no more than three dependent children may reside in the student home; valid driver’s license and ability to become certified to drive student home vans; must be able to lift up to 50 lbs; demonstrate a high degree of integrity; both spouses must complete an individual employment application.
