Position: Houseparents, Full-Time – Relocation to Hershey, PA Required
About: Milton Hershey School, a renowned private school founded in 1909 by Milton and Catherine Hershey, is currently seeking married couples to serve as flex houseparents, providing a nurturing environment for disadvantaged students living on campus. Houseparents play a vital role in guiding a group of 8-12 students and handling various responsibilities, such as administering medication and driving, to create a family-like support system for students.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED required; experience working or volunteering with youth, preferably from under-served settings; legally married for at least two years; both spouses age 27 or older; ability to lift up to 50 lbs; valid driver’s license; comfortable leading students in daily devotions and to Judeo-Christian Sunday chapel services; both spouses must complete an individual employment application
