Requirements: Must be at least 21 years of age or older to work at a casino hotel; At least 2-3 years of housekeeping experience preferred; Must be able to speak, read and write in English to provide personalized service to guests; Ability to work in a flexible schedule; must allow for changes in assignments, and priorities depending on identified needs of the company; Ability to work independently as well as part of a team; Must possess excellent customer service and communication skills; Must be able to work any day of the week, weekends, and holidays; Must present a well-groomed appearance; Must be able to use elevators frequently and work in a high-rise hotel; Must be able to push and pull 150-pound carts; Must be able to lift and carry up to 25 pounds; Able to stand, stoop, bend, and crouch to clean low and high areas of hotel rooms.
