Position: Housekeeping Supervisor
About: The Housekeeping Supervisor manages and inspects the performance of assigned staff to ensure all procedures are completed to the hotel’s standards, providing optimum service to guests.
Requirements: A minimum of four (4) years experience in a Housekeeping Supervisory role; Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent work experience required; High School Diploma required; Ability to communicate effectively in English, both written and verbal forms; Professional demeanor and attire must be maintained at all times; Strong interpersonal and organizational skills; Ability to work independently with little to no supervision; Must perform well in a team environment; Proven ability to resolve guest conflicts efficiently; Flexible with the ability to adapt quickly to different roles; Exceptional time management skills; Proficient in Computer systems like Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, Opera, HotSOS, and Starguest; Must be 21 years of age or older; Must have a Nevada Food Handlers Card at time of hire.
