Position: Housekeeping Coordinator – San Francisco
About: Four Seasons Hotel San Francisco is seeking an experienced and energetic Housekeeping Coordinator to join their team. The hotel overlooks Yerba Buena Gardens and is in close proximity to the city’s Financial District, Union Square, and various cultural venues. The Housekeeping Coordinator plays a crucial role in ensuring exceptional quality and service for guests in the Rooms Division.
Requirements: Reading, written and oral proficiency in English is required; Proficient with office tasks and software like Windows, Microsoft Office, Opera, and HotSos; Experienced in phone etiquette and guest interactions; 2 years of Housekeeping Coordinator or Supervisory experience in a luxury hotel; Ability to work in a high-volume operation and handle stress; Flexible schedule availability including days, nights, weekends, and holidays; High school education or equivalent experience preferred
