About: A hotel located in an undisclosed location is seeking a Supervisor to oversee the Housekeeping department. The purpose of the position is for a Room Attendant/Housekeeper to maintain guest rooms and public areas to the hotel’s cleanliness standards, creating a welcoming environment for guests. Essential functions include delivering outstanding customer service, maintaining professionalism in appearance and behavior, cleaning and stocking guest rooms, ensuring confidentiality, and adhering to safety and health guidelines within the hotel.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; experience in housekeeping or hospitality industry preferred; strong attention to detail and organizational skills; ability to follow safety protocols and cleanliness standards; excellent communication and teamwork abilities
