Position: Housekeeper job
About: Housekeepers are integral to the success of our communities and play a key role in maintaining high levels of guest and resident satisfaction. Caretakers are largely responsible for “first impressions” by keeping all interior and exterior common areas and available units of the community clean, pleasant and well maintained. The Housekeeper II is responsible for cleaning and upkeeping the community’s pool/boiler.
Requirements: High school diploma or GED equivalent; prior experience in housekeeping, caretaking, or janitorial experience is preferred; boiler’s and/or CPO licensure required; proficient in English, verbal and written
