Position: House Steward / Housekeeping Associate
About: Windsor Hills Nursing Center is seeking a dedicated Housekeeper to maintain a clean, safe, and comfortable environment in accordance with regulatory standards and facility guidelines. The Housekeeper will work under the direction of the Administrator and Director of Housekeeping to uphold the facility’s cleanliness and orderliness. On-the-job training will be provided to ensure high-quality service delivery in this healthcare setting.
Requirements: Must possess, as a minimum, an 8th grade education; ability to read, write, speak, and understand English language; capability to make independent decisions, follow instructions, and accept feedback; tactful communication with staff, residents, and visitors; maintenance of supplies and equipment, regular room inspections for sanitation and safety; willingness to collaborate with team members and adapt to residents’ needs; adherence to housekeeping protocols and guidelines for cleaning compounds
