Position: HOUSE MANAGER

The House Manager plays a crucial role in member management, house operations, and administrative tasks within the residence environment.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; Bachelor’s degree preferred; previous leadership experience preferred. Comfortable working on behavior challenges, behavioral planning, and de-escalation; strong leadership skills; adaptability, compassion, honesty, and tolerance; excellent verbal and written communication; strong time management skills; punctual and reliable; ability to make independent decisions; willingness to take initiative and adapt to circumstances; ability to maintain a positive demeanor; ability to work a flexible schedule.
