Position: Hourly Sous Chef @ University of Cincinnati
About: University of Cincinnati in Cincinnati, OH is seeking an Hourly Sous Chef to join their team in the exciting world of sports and entertainment. The Sous Chef will be responsible for ensuring that foods are prepared using fundamental cooking techniques, seasoned for maximum taste and flavor, and served in an aesthetically pleasing manner. This position may also involve travel opportunities to other Sodexo Live! venues within the portfolio.
Requirements: Minimum of 2 years in a food preparation position; High school diploma or equivalent and experience in food preparation in a fast-paced environment; Ability to work independently and in a high-stress, fast-paced environment; Must be able to stand and exert well-paced mobility in an often tightly quartered environment; Have the ability to bend and lift up to 30 pounds frequently; Hours may be extended or irregular to include nights, weekends, and holidays
