Position: Hourly Restaurant Manager
About: Torchy’s, a renowned restaurant chain that started its legacy in Austin, Texas in 2006, has expanded to multiple states, embodying the mission of being Damn Good and serving the best damn tacos. They are currently seeking dedicated Assistant Managers who are passionate about delivering exceptional guest experiences and leading high-energy restaurant operations.
Requirements: Management experience in restaurants, including full-service, fast food, or convenience preferred; state alcohol-server and Manager ServSafe certifications required; ability to work a minimum of 35 hours per week and flexible hours; competency in basic computer functions; understanding of training and development concepts; ability to foster teamwork; bilingual skills a plus; physically able to lift, push, pull, or carry heavy objects up to 40 pounds, stand and walk for extended periods, and reach objects at various heights
