Position: Hourly Assistant Manager

Requirements: Minimum of 1 years’ experience in the Casual Restaurant industry required; High School Diploma or GED required, Associate’s or a bachelor’s degree preferred; Must have food safety manager certification upon hire; Scheduling flexibility to cover the dynamic needs of the business (mornings, nights, weekends); Strong knowledge of team leadership and positive conflict resolution; Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; Able to withstand comfortably the physical demands a restaurant environment holds
