Position: Hotels – Executive Chef – La Bahia Resort & Spa
About: Set against the stunning backdrop of Santa Cruz’s pristine coastline, our brand-new luxury hotel is poised to become a beacon of elegance and hospitality. Our mission is to provide guests with unparalleled service, exquisite accommodations, and unforgettable experiences. We are looking for a proactive and innovative Executive Chef to join our opening team and lead our efforts in establishing a strong presence in the culinary market of Santa Cruz.
Requirements: Minimum 5 years’ experience as an Executive Chef or Chef du Cuisine in upscale, fine dining environments as well as banquet experience; Culinary degree or equivalent experience; Strong passion for food and guest experience; Experience in budget development, cost control, and financial management; Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written; Knowledge of local laws and regulations related to food safety; Proven leadership and team management skills
