Position: Hotel Sales Director

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business, Hospitality Management, or a related field preferred; Minimum of 5 years of sales leadership experience in the hospitality industry, preferably in the boutique or luxury hotel sector; Strong understanding of the Boston market, including corporate, group, and leisure travel segments; Established network of corporate and travel industry contacts within the Boston area; Demonstrated ability to develop and implement successful sales strategies that drive revenue growth; Exceptional negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills; Strong analytical skills with experience in revenue forecasting and performance tracking; Ability to lead and develop a high-performing sales team
