The Hotel Sales Coordinator position plays a vital role in delivering exceptional administrative support to property Sales Executives, ensuring service and support align with the property’s core service standards and brand attributes.
Requirements: High school diploma, GED or educational equivalent; One (1) year of previous guest services experience; Two (2) years of administrative experience in the hospitality, hotel and/or sales department of a similar resort setting; Exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills to communicate effectively with all stakeholders; Organizational skills to function effectively under time constraints, within established deadlines; Knowledge of Microsoft Office; Possess excellent written, verbal and interpersonal communication skills
