Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; Previous experience in a similar role in the hospitality industry is a plus; Knowledge of proper cleaning techniques and use of cleaning equipment; Ability to work with minimal supervision and maintain a high level of self-motivation; Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering high-quality service; Excellent communication and interpersonal skills; Physical stamina and ability to perform repetitive tasks for extended periods; Flexibility to work different shifts, including evenings, weekends, and holidays; Excellent customer service and communication skills; Ability to comprehend and speak English to understand and respond to information and address advanced guest requests required both verbally and in writing; Knowledge of additional language(s) preferred
