Position: HOTEL PASTRY COOK- INTERMEDIATE LEVEL
About: At Hyatt, our associates are dedicated to providing efficient service and meaningful experiences in the pastry shop by preparing all pastry products according to standards and assisting higher-level bakers. The position requires good communication skills and is fast-paced.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent; prior experience in a commercial baking/pastry operation preferred; knowledge of kitchen equipment and tools preferred; highly responsible and reliable; ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment; flexible schedule availability including mornings, afternoons, evenings, weekends, and holidays; physical stamina to lift moderate weight; center of plate dessert creation and presentation skills; ability to stand for long periods of time
