Position: Hotel Operations Manager
About: McKibbon Hospitality is seeking a detail-oriented and hands-on Hotel Operations Manager to work closely with the Hotel General Manager in overseeing and guiding the total operations of the property. The Operations Manager is responsible for upholding ethical leadership standards to drive the property towards achieving its business objectives.
Requirements: Associates/Bachelor’s Degree; 3 years’ minimum experience in a hotel supervisor/managerial position; Experience with major hotel brands like Marriott, Hilton, or Starwood (highly desired); Knowledge of local and state compliance laws; Strong communication and problem-solving skills; Ability to implement McKibbon procedures for cost control and inventory management; Capability to ensure adherence to hotel policies and brand standards; Experience in leading a team to deliver exceptional guest service; Ability to develop leadership qualities in staff; Strong interpersonal skills for maintaining positive relationships with management company, property owners, and clients.
