Position: Hotel Operations Manager
About: We are looking for an experienced and results-driven Hotel Manager to oversee daily operations at a hotel in Tulsa, OK. The ideal candidate will have prior Choice Hotels experience and a strong background in hospitality management, committed to delivering exceptional guest experiences.
Requirements: Proven experience as a Hotel Manager, General Manager, or Assistant Hotel Manager, preferably within Choice Hotels; Strong knowledge of hotel operations, revenue management, and hospitality industry trends; Excellent leadership and team management skills with the ability to motivate and train staff effectively; Strong financial acumen, with experience in budgeting, cost control, and revenue optimization; Exceptional customer service and communication skills to engage with guests and address concerns professionally; Ability to multitask and problem-solve in a fast-paced hospitality environment; Must pass a comprehensive background check (no criminal record); Proficiency in hotel management software and Microsoft Office Suite
