Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) from a four-year college or university; two to three years of related experience and/or training; prior Hotel Management experience required; excellent written and verbal communication skills; proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and hotel software; high level of confidentiality and professionalism; exceptional customer service and interpersonal skills; ability to interact effectively with guests, staff, and colleagues; ability to resolve problems diplomatically; collaborative and effective communication with team members at all levels of the organization
