Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or Hospitality Management preferred; at least 3 years of experience in the hospitality industry and hotel sales; strong knowledge of hotel operations, revenue management, and market dynamics; excellent leadership, team management, communication, and negotiation skills; analytical mindset; ability to manage and lead a team; strong organizational and time management skills; proficient in Microsoft Office, hotel management software, and CRM software; must have a flexible work schedule
