About: The Ritz-Carlton South Beach, located at 1 Lincoln Road in Miami Beach, Florida, is seeking a strategic and experienced leader to join their team as the General Manager, overseeing various departments including Front Office, Retail/Gift Shops, Recreation/Fitness Center, Housekeeping, Security/Loss Prevention, Engineering/Maintenance, and Food and Beverage/Culinary. The position is crucial in implementing the brand service strategy, driving revenue growth, maximizing financial performance, and ensuring guest and employee satisfaction in alignment with the brand’s standards and initiatives. Requirements: 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 8 years of experience in management operations, sales and marketing, or a related professional area. OR 4-year bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 6 years of experience in management operations, sales and marketing, or a related professional area. The candidate should possess strong leadership, communication, and strategic planning skills to effectively manage property operations and teams, with a focus on profitability, budget management, human resources activities, and delivering exceptional service experiences.
