Position: Hotel Manager, Marriott St. Louis Grand
About: Marriott St. Louis Grand, located at 800 Washington Avenue in Saint Louis, Missouri, is seeking a strategic and visionary property leader to oversee various aspects of hotel operations including Front Office, Retail/Gift Shops, Recreation/Fitness Center, Housekeeping, Security/Loss Prevention, Engineering/Maintenance, and Food and Beverage/Culinary. The position collaborates with the Executive Committee and department heads to develop and execute operational strategies in alignment with brand service initiatives, focusing on customer satisfaction, revenue growth, and financial performance.
Requirements: 2-year degree from an accredited university in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 8 years of experience in management operations, sales and marketing, or a related professional area. OR 4-year bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Hotel and Restaurant Management, or related major; 6 years of experience in management operations, sales and marketing, or a related professional area.
