Position: Hotel Manager job
About: The Riverfront Hotel is seeking a diligent and experienced Hotel Manager who will be instrumental in ensuring hotel profitability through revenue generation, cost control, guest satisfaction, and employee development and engagement. The Hotel Manager will oversee the daily operations, sales efforts, staff training, and financial management while upholding the hotel’s standards and integrity.
Requirements: At least 6 years of progressive experience in a hotel or related field; Bachelor’s Degree preferred; effective communication skills; ability to multitask and prioritize; problem-solving skills; ability to maintain confidentiality; must adhere to hotel standards and regulations
