Position: Hotel Manager job

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree (B.A./B.S.) from a four-year college or university; one to two years of related experience and/or training; or an equivalent combination of education and experience. Prior Hotel Management experience strongly preferred. Excellent written and verbal communication skills in English. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, Outlook, etc.) and hotel software. Ability to maintain confidentiality and professionalism. Strong customer service and interpersonal skills. Effective presentation and communication abilities. Numerical proficiency with the ability to perform mathematical calculations. High energy level with proactive problem-solving skills. Ability to resolve conflicts diplomatically and work collaboratively with team members at all levels.
