About: We are seeking a positive, friendly, and experienced hotel manager to organize and oversee daily operations of our facilities. The ideal candidate will provide strategic direction for the company and supervise the activities of the diverse workforce. The Hotel Manager will be involved in every aspect of the hotel operations, from dealing with customer complaints to strategizing and preparing reports. Excellent communication skills are essential to ensure positive customer and team experiences. The ideal candidate is a team player and an effective leader who fosters cooperation and teamwork in the hotel environment.

Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; proven experience in hotel management; strong communication and leadership skills; ability to analyze information and provide feedback; extensive knowledge of hotel operations, sales & marketing, food & beverage, and human resources; excellent written and oral communication skills; effective at delegation and project organization; ability to handle challenging situations with patience and diplomacy; proven ability to lead a team of professionals
