Requirements: Bachelor’s degree in Food Service Management, Culinary Arts, Hospitality Management, or related field required; 6-8 years of progressive management experience in a high-volume, upscale hotel setting with at least 3-5 years as a Director; minimum 5 years as a Senior Manager in a four-star/four-diamond property; thorough knowledge of food and beverage planning, production, and service; ability to create new menu selections and maintain operating efficiency; strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills; proven track record in achieving profit and guest service goals; flexible schedule including weekends and holidays required
