Requirements: A four-year college degree or equivalent education/experience; four to five years of employment in a related position; experiential knowledge required for management of people and complex problems; ability to study, analyze, and interpret complex activities and/or information; decision-making skills with general policies and procedures guidance available; excellent communication skills to negotiate, convince, sell, and influence; moderate hearing, excellent vision, excellent speech communication skills, and excellent literacy required
