Essential responsibilities include leading and mentoring kitchen staff, collaborating on budgeting and menu planning, ensuring food safety compliance, overseeing cooking operations, managing inventory levels, and supporting team recognition programs. Skills and abilities required: strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills, proficiency in restaurant operations, and 2-3 years of high-volume kitchen operations experience. Physical requirements include lifting 50 pounds and performing various activities. Flexible schedule required, including nights, weekends, and holidays. Requirements: Associate degree in Culinary Arts preferred; 2-3 years of experience in high-volume kitchen operations
