Position: Hotel Host (Guest Service Agent)
About: Hyatt Place Nashville-Hendersonville is seeking Hotel Hosts (Front Desk Agents) to contribute to the hotel’s commitment to high-quality guest service and teamwork. The ideal candidate appreciates high standards of excellence and creates a welcoming and exceptional guest experience while maintaining a clean and inviting environment. This position involves managing various guest service areas and ensuring a seamless guest experience.
Requirements: Customer service experience required, preferably in a hotel or related field; schedule flexibility for AM/PM shifts, weekends, and holidays; strong command of the English language; ability to learn quickly and work in a fast-paced position with guest interaction; multitasking skills; must be 18 years or older; high school diploma or equivalent required; ability to lift, pull, and push moderate weight (minimum of 20 lbs); basic computer skills (e.g., Word, Excel)
