Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; two or more years of experience as a General Manager in a hotel with Branded property experience; extensive experience with rooms; working knowledge of hotel operations including marketing plans, security and safety programs, personnel and labor relations, budget forecasting, quality assurance programs, maintenance repairs, and long-range planning; Bachelor’s degree in hotel management, business, or related field; expertise in standard hotel management systems; hands-on leadership experience
