Position: Hotel General Manager job
About: Wyndham Brand Hotel is seeking a General Manager with a proven track record for increasing daily revenue as well as managing their staff. The candidate must be assertive and able to motivate and inspire their staff to provide the best possible Guest Service satisfaction.
Requirements: Prior hotel management experience required; minimum of 3-5 years of Hotel Management experience; Synexis experience required; proven track record as a successful leader showing results of profits in sales and hotel operations; must be a ‘hands-on’ GM working directly to supervise all departments; demonstrate excellent Guest Service and Management skills; must be able to work with Corporate Office accepting guidance and training; must have previous experience in a Manager role overseeing and leading a team in a hospitality role; Wyndham brand experience preferred but not required; candidate can either live on the property or live locally
