Position: Hotel General Manager job

Requirements: A four-year college degree or equivalent education/experience; previous experience as General Manager or Assistant General Manager at a similar size and type of hotel, previous experience as Department Head at the same facility; advanced knowledge of the hospitality and business management fields; ability to make decisions with only general policies and procedures for guidance; highly developed communication skills; excellent speech and written skills; vision ability, mobility, and physical fitness for property inspections and guest service leadership; knowledge of marketing and sales management; proficiency in financial statement review and budget development
