Position: HOTEL FOOD AND BEVERAGE/OUTLETS MANAGER

About: Hyatt is a renowned hotel with a focus on providing authentic hospitality and memorable experiences for its guests. The F&B/Outlets Manager will be responsible for overseeing various food and beverage areas within the hotel, including a three meal restaurant, coffee shop, food truck, in-room delivery, and pop-ups. This role involves scheduling, forecasting, staff training, ensuring compliance with laws, handling customer service responses, collaborating with culinary teams, and maintaining daily hotel operations smoothly.

Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and minimum of 2+ years’ experience in F&B Management; Hotel industry experience highly preferred; Refined verbal and written communication skills; Professional appearance and confidence; Ability to be on feet for 10+ hours per day and lift 35 or more pounds as needed; Strong positive leadership characteristics; Excellent customer service and problem resolution skills; Quick learner of new computer systems; Knowledge of various software programs; Creativity in promoting specials; Detail-oriented, organized, and able to work in a fast-paced environment; Flexible schedule including early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays; Strong time management and multitasking skills; Experience in restaurant finance, pricing, and cost control
