Position: Hotel Director of Food & Beverage
About: The Eddy Hotel is a unique concept nestled among the scenic desert foothills of the Santa Catalina Mountains, owned and operated by Capri Hospitality Management. Capri is a growing management company with a history dating back to 1928, currently managing seven hotels in the western US with plans for expansion. The Eddy Hotel offers a full-service restaurant, bar, and 106 rooms with 3,000 sq ft of meeting space, providing a dynamic and fulfilling work environment for its team members.
Requirements: Previous F&B Executive level experience required; at least 5 years of progressive experience in a hotel or a related field; knowledge of F&B preparation techniques, health department rules, liquor laws, inventory controls; strong understanding of P&L and F&B cost control; proficiency in Micros Symphony; ability to lift up to 50 pounds occasionally; effective communication skills; ability to multitask and prioritize tasks; adherence to hotel standards and regulations; problem-solving skills; maintain confidentiality of information; comply with safety measures
