Requirements: Must be at least 18 years of age; Passion for culinary arts and guest satisfaction; Minimum of 2 years culinary experience in high-volume production; Culinary education degree or equivalent experience; Proficient knife skills; Knowledge of culinary techniques and terminology; Ability to read and understand recipes; Organizational and multitasking skills; Speed, accuracy, and efficiency under pressure; Flexibility to work varied shifts including days, nights, weekends, holidays, and events
