Position: Hotel Concierge (Oahu) – Sales & Activities
About: Pleasant Holidays, one of the largest travel wholesalers in the United States specializing in vacation travel to various destinations including the Hawaiian Islands, Caribbean, Central & South America, Europe, Mexico, and more, is seeking a Concierge Sales Agent. The position is based on the Island of Oahu, serving as Ambassadors of Aloha to help guests experience the beautiful island through booking activities and tours. Pleasant Holidays is a subsidiary of the Automobile Club of Southern California, serving AAA Members for over 100 years.
Requirements: High school diploma or equivalent required; 1-3 years of sales and/or customer service experience preferred; experience in tourism/hospitality/travel industry; exceptional sales and customer service skills; knowledge of the Hawaiian Islands and Tours and Activities in Hawaii; ability to cater to customer needs, interact with people from different cultures, work independently in a fast-paced environment, and communicate effectively; basic computer literacy; fluency in English required, Japanese fluency preferred; prior experience with POS system Al Desk is a plus.
