Requirements: High School Diploma or equivalent; Concierge training preferred; Minimum of two years as a Concierge or closely related position; Previous experience in a supervisory capacity preferred; Literate and fluent in English; Excellent guest service skills and problem-solving abilities; Ability to handle difficult or stressful situations with tact and diplomacy; Demonstrated leadership skills, acts as a role model to other employees and always presents oneself as a credit to Caesars; Adheres to all regulatory, company, and department policies and procedures
