About: Hotel Champlain Burlington, Curio Collection by Hilton, is currently seeking a dedicated and experienced Kitchen Manager to work closely with the Executive Chef in overseeing food preparation in the kitchen. This hotel combines Lake Champlain’s natural beauty with Burlington’s urban vibe, offering a unique and exciting location for both guests and employees to thrive and grow.
Requirements: Bachelor’s degree and 2 to 4 years of experience in a high-volume, full-service restaurant; ability to work under minimal supervision, handle complex issues, and provide leadership to subordinates; proficient in Windows Operating Systems and related software; strong problem-solving and communication skills; flexibility to work a varied schedule; knowledge of financial information and basic arithmetic functions; adherence to safety and sanitation regulations
